  I had the 5 buck lunch and asked for no ketchup/mustard sub flamethrower sauce on my burger. The girl at the counter rang it in and then another girl ran up and said no they can't. I asked why not they said they can't I said I would pay they said they still can't, it's the owners policies. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. You owners need to work on your policies. I've worked at a dq before and am fully aware of what an easy substitute that is. In customer service if you CAN do it, you do it. Especially if someone is willing to pay. Ridiculous.
